2022 330e
Does anyone know where the 2022 330e are built and if there is a delay on them rn? I ordered one in early April and was told build week 20. Approximately when will the arrival date be?

I also ordered a 330e at the end of March in NorCal and was told by a Genius that it will be in production in week 18. My CA told me that it will take roughly 10 weeks from order being placed to delivery.
Mine is being built in Mexico. |

They’re built in both Mexico and Germany. I’m not sure about current time lines, but I ordered mine last October and I JUST took delivery of it last weekend. It took almost 6 months. Mine was Germany build.

If it helps, I ordered my 330e on March 5, it supposedly went into production on April 5. I just spoke to a BMW Genius who said it will complete production this Thursday, April 21. The build week I was given by my SA was week 16 so that aligns. I have no idea how long the rest of the process will take but did find out it is being built in Mexico.

I believe cutoff for Germany built 330e was in October, 2021...everything since is built in Mexico.
Easy way to tell is if your VIN starts: - WBA - Germany - 3MW - Mexico |
