That's pretty neat.
This morning, mine is showing drive train reduce power on the app. My mate's had the same yesterday and his is now in the corner of the car park, assumed to be waiting to come home. Hopefully mine is the same and it's just going through it's final battery pack check. |

I'll be due another payment by next week so that will sweeten things a bit. Although I gained a few miles of charge the other day and it was nice to drive around on electric briefly. I do miss it.

Has anyone had the car returned yet?
How long was it at the testing centre? I'm due another payment last week of Jan so quite happy for the car to undergo more testing! |

Timeline wise, I dropped it at the dealer on the 14th December, it was eventually transferred to Immingham on the 22nd December (via BMW Hull), they started testing on the Monday 4th January, finished and recall cleared Wednesday 6th January. I hope to see it back at the dealer early next week and on my drive a day or two later (lockdown permitting)🤞🏻 Regarding payments, my dealer did a straight £1050 transfer once BMW UK approved it, before the car even went to Immingham 👍🏻 There is currently a BMW UK supplied brand new G20 330d Msport Plus on my drive under 3" of snow so not massively concerned too much at the moment 😉 |

My 330e showed a drivetrain fault yesterday with a message to call roadside assistance which I did and they are sending someone today (I needed to be away from home yesterday) to check it. This morning there are no check control messages so I’m hoping my car isn’t going to need the recall.
Before it was delivered it was delayed by 6 weeks whilst BMW checked the welds on the batteries so I’m not going to be impressed if it needs a second recall. On a positive note I love the car so hopefully it’s a minor glitch. |

Technician has run a series of tests as says its a software issue requiring an update that can only be done at the dealer so I’ll call tomorrow and book it in. No idea if I can get a curtesy car as I can’t sit in the dealership and wait given the current restrictions.

Depending on your dealers mindset, they could be offering to come and collect it, but obviously they can't drop it back off due to the sanitisation protocols 🤔 Mine was (F30) / is (G20) a company car so Uber receipts from and too the garage just go in as expenses 😉 |

Not had mine back yet, but I expect that will just be that the car hasnt been anywhere whilst they have been carrying out charge cycles and so it will take a couple of charges to get the computer to recalibrate back to your average miles per charge.

What I meant is I have the car back for almost a month now, and thats the range I'm getting from 100 to 0. Don't think this is a normal range for the car to have since i had more when the car was delivered back in august

Won't that be likely to be related to the much colder weather we've had? Been down to around 1-2 degrees here for the last few weeks or so.

Took car to dealer today, downloaded data and had completed 44 charge cycles, so needs to go for testing.
Dealer got 5 cars from BMW to use for the recall programme. I was given a 318d Sport with 20 miles on the clock. He said it will be back sometime in February. |

My dealer is waiting for loans car to come back as sounds like they have sent the first batch of cars for checks so all his allocated loan cars are out still. On the plus side, another payment coming my way this week.

I had mine booked in for the 18th Jan, they called on the 14th to cancel as BMW didn't have the capacity. They called me back the following week and booked me in for the 28th........AUGUST but said they'd call me if they can do it earlier. My company is speaking to Arval about returning the vehicle if it isn't sorted sooner.
