Process for emissions testing with AA downpipe

Looking to get more sound out my 2021 M340. I have read good things about the sounds from the Active Autowerke downpipe despite the tame stock sound of the 2021 models. I was planning on pairing this with a Dinan axleback. I previously had a 2015 VW GTI that was Stage 2 with the APR catted downpipe, although, I got tired of the hassle of reflashing the car back to stock before having an emissions test done. Assuming without any tune, I would not have any issues with the catted AA and passing emissions? Also wondering if the noise level would be unbearable between the catted AA downpipe paired to the Dinan axleback but would still like to retain valve functionality.
