I had a 330i loaner today, and noticed that the current speed in the HUD is displayed in orange… in my car it's white. Is this something new for 2021?
On my F30, the speed was in white during the day and orange at night, however this loaner was in the middle of the day in bright sun, and my G20 always shows it in white even at night.

I think it turns orange if you are traveling faster than the posted speed limit and it stays white if you are under the posted speed limit.

Thanks… yes that seems to correct. The speed warning is turned off in my own car.
