(G21) MSport springs on standard shocks/struts?

Hi, I need your help.
I am going to take a standard G21 3 Series 320d Touring with standard suspensions.
The car will be too high for my tastes and I am already thinking to lower it a litle bit. With my current F31 I have a set of AC Schnitzer springs (-30 mm) with standard shocks, recalibrated in compression/extension and shortened by a local specialized workshop doing only this.
For the new G21 I would just like to mount the MSport springs that lower the car 10 mm, maintaing the original standard shocks.
Do you know if the BMW shocks vary from standard to MSport, or is it only the spring that varies? I was not able to understand it from the online catalogue where I see a distinction bewtween the adaptive and not adaptive MSport suspension:
REAR
https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=33_2563
FRONT
https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=31_1737
How should i read S704A=Yes? OR S704A=No?

Can you help me? Tks

Your going to have a tough time finding someone who can help on this forum with what you are asking. Many just go with Aftermarket lowering springs and call it a day. Mainly because they are cheap and offer decent quality.

I'm going to try and help - Looking at the site, you can shop vin specific. What I would do is open two web browser tabs and cross-reference what's installed vs what is offered.

IMO opinion, You can most definitely run Msport springs on Sportline shocks. 10mm drop is negligible on strut wear.

Hi! Did you finally tried the M springs in your no M suspension car? Just thinking on doing the very same on my 318d G21. They offered me a full set of M springs for a good price but they come from a 330i G21. Would they be equivalent for a 318d? I guess the spring references/stiffness differs based on the engine, rwd/xdrive, etc.? Could someone confirm this? If so, would be that much of a difference between M springs of a 318 vs 330? Thanks in advance!
