My local dealer had a Grigio Telesto 2018 750 M Sport, it looked absolutely amazing. Prettiest gray I’d ever seen. Of the regular colors, I like Dark Graphite Metallic. It’s a shame that color is being phased out.

This generation, not so much. I also doubt it drives much better than the f30.

After owning 4 consecutive generations of 3 series, I think I will sit this one out.

Huh?
F30 was one of the worst 3 series ever made in terms of design and handling.
This generation is finally here to make up all that loss.
We will have to see though.

What’s the starting price of a C43 or S4? They’re similar, correct? Were you expecting an all-new M340 to be cheaper than competitors that have been out for years?

Ugh... parts of this car I really love but I still can't get used to the back end... its not particularly ugly, just doesn't look right.

For me the clear brake lights make it look like a Honda.

If they slimmed it down like this (reminds me of the new X4) it would look a lot better.

I was just gonna say that. That the grey car was parked outside Alpina in Buchloe.

SCOTT26 LOOK closely at the car's license plate... it's a B3.

I went for a drive(again) in the new G20, 330d. My third time in a G20. I am really impressed with how well the car handles yet how comfortable it is. It's also very, very quiet at high speeds. You can feel how much stiffer the car's structure is from that of the F30. I'm even starting to warm up to that backwards tach.

The F30 yes but F80 is one of the best looking cars out there.

Even the e90 3 series didn't look that great. I'm more distraught over the fact that it continues to grow in size and weight and we don't have a 2 series 4 door on the horizon.

I guess it's fashionable to poo poo the new design, just like the F30 before it. No matter to me.

I think it looks great, especially with the M performance pieces (minus the door panel things) on it. The M performance wheels are awesome and I can't wait to configure one up. If I can swap out the kia grill for the all black Mperf one, then even better. 382hp in an everyday sedan? I'm in.

I think it's going to easily sell as many as the F30, maybe even surpass it.

From the rear I can barely tell apart F80 from F30 apart in traffic, especially the pre-LCI.

The lights all look the same but the bigger hips on the F80 is quite discernable from the rear.

Atleast to me!!

I showed the G20 M340i to a non-BMW enthusiast friend and he thought the grills were too small

I test drove the F30, I thought it was the worst 3 series I had ever driven. Not nearly as ugly as the E90 of course.

IMHO, the best 3 series was the E46, we ended up owning/leasing 4 of them.

Can't wait to see how many people dogging the new g20 end up with one. Happens every time a new model comes out.

The G20 seems a big leap in terms of design. I had the E90 and now currently the G30. The F30 in my opinion was poorly designed. Never liked the F30 but the F80 though was really nice even though both the F30 and F80 should be very similiar.

The G20 is beautifully designed and lines look very fluid. The front is drop dead gorgeous in my opinion but the rear takes some getting used though but I have since grown fond of it. I'm very excited to see how the M3 version of the G20 would look it. Should be drop dead gorgeous.

I believe you are thinking of sparkling graphite. Space gray has no purple.

This new gen will without a doubt crush the F30 in all aspects and you're going to miss out.
