Driving away and walking away with the engine off are different situations! The option for locking when you walk away should be under:
Car>Settings>Doors/Access>Comfort access. The options for automatic locking/unlocking in other situations are in the Doors/Access menu as well.

That is the thing, I dont have comfort accesss in my car. It does not unlock automatically. Then I thought why not auto lock?

It's a Comfort Access (code 322) feature, which is included in every package. I've never seen a G20 optioned without at least the Convenience package, so sorry for assuming. Sadly, I don't think you can code these features in with Bimmercode or similar.

Yes, none of the standard packages (M sport, sport line, luxury line) in my country have 322 comfort access. I know how silly it sounds.

I know I need a handle with sensors to unlock but for locking everything needed is there. key proximity system etc..

If bimmercode would add such feature, I know hundreds of G20 users here would use it.

Silly question, well a few.

If I code in Sport+, where and when can I initiate it? Only via the ID7 system within the menus or from a touch button? Does that mean Sport mode button is now a Sport+ button?

Also, with Sport+, do I still have traction control? What am I losing as far as driving goes (rain/snow)?

Menu and touch button. Just adds another option to the existing two (Sport and Sport Individual). Traction control stays on by default in all modes unless you toggle it to reduced or off. Sport+ just holds revs higher and shifts more aggressively.

You activate SPORT+ by pressing the Sport button twice (you will be notified on the display what mode you're in). You still have traction control, you will have a sporty-er engine mode and shifting, and maybe you will be able to Launch Control (requires you to switch to traction mode by pressing the DSC button once). You may use sport+ in rain/snow of course, that's only limited by your driving ability. You can do snow drifts in any mode because of physics but it's substantially more difficult without using the DSC button

I seem to have lost a bunch of coding options in BimmerCode. I have been getting regular updates via TestFlight and I tried to code back in everything that was lost following a software update to the car. I am now at I-level S18a-20-11-550. I guess I will have to use expert mode to get back Sport Plus (there used to be two locations in the regular mode that had to be changed). Any ideas?

Rear DRL should be included in the native iDrive settings, depending on what iDrive version you are on. I believe it was added 2019/11 and merged into one checkbox in a later update.

Yup. You'll need an obdlink or one of the other adapters mentioned in their page. Or get a wired connection which is the fastest method.

New to this...my 330i is leased...with Bimmercode can you quickly go back to stock if you need to bring car in for service? Also can I do the following with Bimmercode:

Disable start/stop? Disable most if not all of the driver assistance apps?
Those are the two things I want the most...

I have the dealer service mine and don't change anything back to anything. Never had a issue and not sure if they even know or care.

I coded Sports+ in my F31 and when I push the Sport button once it will go in Sport, push it again and it will go in Sport+ (and de-activate traction control for great slides)

Any update will wipe your coding so you'll just have to redo it every time you take the car in.

That doesn't answer the question though.

Yes when you use Bimmercode it automatically creates a backup. In the future you can load/restore the very first backup file and that should revert you back to stock.

It does actually answer. I don't load the back up when going in for service. I don't recode back to the original. I just drop it off coded and if they do anything that wipes it out I just recode.
