Can anybody recommend a company who would fit a front splitter and side skirts for me?

Although they’re more into servicing and engine work, I’d suggest contacting http://www.hughesbrothersbmw.com. After a previous accident, they sorted out all the repairs and will no doubt have a recommendation on who to contact for you bodywork requirements.
