received two prompts on the connected drive mobile app to download a software update for my 320d. first prompt was last night, second was today morning. each time after i accepted, the app was stuck at "loading" for hours. after i closed the app and restarted it would show no updates available. searching on the car shows no updates available. i had received the 11/2019.70 update last month, hence i suspect this latest one is for the July 2020 update with android auto. very frustrating

I’ve been getting the same message, and also no update when I launch the app.
Very annoying considering how much I want Android Auto functionality!

Have you cars been run for a significant distance lately? There’s another thread and if you car’s battery is not fully charged it won’t apply the update.

it should at least download the update. no updates available as per the car, mobile app gets struck in loading. the mobile app prompts every time i restart the phone and open the app. perhaps it's a bug..

I think this might be some data leftover issue on the app from the last OTA. The app somehow thinks the last update was not finished.
