iDrive only lists the current song

So I connected my phone for playing music via iDrive and I know BMW shows every song in that playlist listed. Mine is only the current song with "Previous Title" above it and "Next title" under. I'm trying to get the full list

It happens occasionally. Not sure why.
Just go to your phone and the music app.
Tap on any song in a playlist or the library
and you’ll see the full list show up in
I drive or the HUD.

Obviously, make sure your phone Bluetooth
is connected to the car.

What I found is that it only shows the full list for Apple Music, if using spotify/soundcloud, etc. it will only show previous and next title. Maybe that's it?

Possible. I wouldn’t know for sure.
I only stream music from my IPhone music app.
Most of the music in the library was ripped from
CD’s a long time ago.

Have you tried rebooting the IDrive?
Press and hold the volume/mute button for 90 seconds.

do you maybe have thousands of songs on your iphone?
