G80 fabric Euro sunvisors in a G20?
I would like to upgrade the sunvisors in this car to a fabric covered version. I did this to my e92 M3 a few years ago, and it was a wonderful upgrade. Car should have come from the factory like that, especially considering the price point.
Looking at options for the g20, I see there is an OEM set a available for the G80 (M3), but nothing specifically for the G20 (regular 3 series): https://ind-distribution.com/product...-sun-visor-set Does anybody know if the sunvisors on the g80 are interchangeable with the g20? I'd venture a guess that they are, but would love some confirmation. Secondarily, if anybody actually owns the fabric sunvisors linked above, does the fabric of the sunvisors match the g20 headliner? I would expect it to match the g80 headliner, but I dont know 100% if the fabric of the g20 headliner is the same as the g80 or not. If I had to guess, I would suspect yes, but again would love to know for sure. |

I did the same with my E92 335is a long time ago which got rid of the hard plastic and replaced with a nice cloth and no warning stickers. The G80 sunvisors should be identical to the G20. However, the issue will be you loose the sliding function of the visor. I really like this feature so I covered the warning stickers with mat black vinyl sheets I found on Amazon then cut to size.

Yes I think you are right. A quick google and it doesn’t appear to an option
People appear to have done it aftermarket though I’m surprised I thought it would have been an option and standard on a m3. Learn something everyday |
