You could try the BimmerWorld brake cooling deflectors. They’re quite effective with something so simple. The state they’re only for f8x but I bet with minimal effort you could mount them on a f3x and f2x models.

As for the suspension I’d strongly recommend the MCS 2WR dampers (have them on three cars, including a f22). JRZ Pro and Pro3 are good dampers, too, but the MCS dampers compete with JRZ Motorsport dampers, not their street-track dampers. The 2/3/4WR remote reservoir relocates the compression valving, compression blow-off valve and the internal gas chamber to the remote reservoir. The blow-off valving is phenomenal! You also have the ability to adjust the reservoir N2 gas pressure from 75-275 psi, depending on your application.

Another MCS lower cost option would be the MCS 2WNR. It has about ~80% of the performance of the 2WR. The 2WNR has its rebound-compression valving all on the main piston, including the blow-off valving. The advantage of the 2WNR is in the installation process because you don’t have to install the remote reservoirs.

chrispy28_xd wanted to follow up on the Verus brake duct dust shields. In short, they do not fit. Our hubs are different, so the bottom screws have different gaps and the shape of the hub differs from the Supra. I returned them to Verus. I probably could have modded them to work, but I didn't want to take that on. There's also not much room to add duct tubing, where the G80 seems to have more space (I was going to use the approach Speed Engineering uses for their product for the ducting).

That said, I wanted to do something. I very nearly kept the OEM dust shields off, however I was concerned about the tie rod end ball joint and to a lesser extent the lower control arm ball joint, both of which have rubber boots very close to the rotor, and are not protected by the hub. I felt that heat would potentially break those down. So, I cut the OEM dust shield a couple inches about the lower screw points, so those points are protected, and the upper 2/3 of the rotors are no longer blocked. I also installed 1mm thick titanium shims from Girodisc, so we'll see how this works next month at my next track day.

Ah apparently my research was wrong. I must have looked at the wrong parts to determine that the dust shield will fit. Sorry

FWIW the dust boots on my front calipers are also torn and cracked. I will have them rebuilt soon, but we're not too concerned right now.

A bit of an update here, in case those are searching later. I reached out to the fine folks at Bimmerworld to see if they had any info on the Bilstein Evo R (track focused coilover setup, appears to be sold in Europe, though Turner/ECS have it listed), which while they don't sell, as a Bilstein vendor, they may know about it. They didn't, but they also took it upon themselves to contact MCS to see if there was anything in the works for our cars, which got back a "no" response.

Try TC Kline Racing. TC's been building track-oriented/focused BMW coilover kits for decades and has a nearby pro racetrack available that he uses for testing and tuning (Mid-Ohio).

I used 3-way Motons on an earlier car (the people at MCS came from Moton). FWIW, that's motorsport-level kit capable of taking whatever you throw at it on a race track. That's where I ran them. It's too bad they don't have an offering for us, as the pricing isn't much more than you pay for lesser kit.
