Dinan spring stiffness?

Hi all - I was considering the Dinan springs for my ride and had a couple questions I was hoping someone may know.

1) On the description it says spring stiffness increases from 7%-92% over stock. How do I know if my ride will be 7% stiffer or 92% stiffer? That's quite the difference.

2) I currently have M-Performance front lip along with the carbon fiber splitter add-ons. Would the 5/8" drop be too much for daily driving? I've never had issues so far on the road, but on occasion when turning out of a steep driveway I've barely scraped the splitters once or twice.
