I'd put money on it being a cost option! Round semi-digi dials (below) will be standard! From what I've heard, BMW wanted to put more money into improved build integrity & drive quality. Those wanting gimmicky bling can have it... but they'll pay for it in the options list which suits me nicely as that stuff doesn't interest me!

Is it me or does this look like a CLA? I don't like it...I hope it looks better in person.

The M-Sport variant has many elements that remind me a lot of the Lexus GS F: the left/right air ducts, the rear.
I'm not really liking the design but I say that about every new BMW until I see it in person. |

Don't you know a brown diesel manual wagon is the ultimate jalop car?

The rear end is outrageously out of BMW style and character. Ugly even. Front end looks good (could have been much worse, knowing BMW of late), side profile is fine, interior is...ok.
All in all, I hope there is a miraculous fix for the rear end like some alternative stoplight package... |

It's going to take some time for this new G20 look to grow on me, not really sure if I like the front or hate it yet lol.. I still the miss the size of the e90s, now the car is just turning into a 5 series.
The interior though is gorgeous, definitely a step up in my opinion.

Not original at all. And it looks like a Lexus IS

The M340i looks like a knockoff of the c300 tailpipes too. But well needed though, the doubles pipes on inside was outdated years ago

I personally don't think the M340i square off tail pipes looks the best for the 3 series silhouette , but the old circular ones where way too small to me. All it needed was a little flare
