2019 BMW 3 series 330i

Sunroof was working absolutely fine then suddenly the sunroof blind stopped working. It used to tilt up and down but now it’s completely frozen. Tried the reset guide but no help. ODB says Motor A and B malfunctioning. Where’s the location for the motors and is it easy to fix at home?

I’ve had same sunroof issue with replace of same controller being the fix. Within 3 months of the fix, same problem happened again. Makes me think that something else may be causing the controller to fail, or that it’s a bad part. Has anyone experienced this multiple times? Or diagnosed any other underlying cause?
