Snap ! Did the same today, with the same colour.

Arctic Race Blue is very subdued, even stealth on an overcast day. A bit of sun and it really shows off its metallic light blue highlights.

Looks gorgeous ... and you're lucky not to have those "air breather" vents on the side that just spray sh*t all over the side of the car.

You don't need them on a 440i so they must be completely pointless on my 2 litre diesel - they were fake on my X3 that had the same engine.

Living near HS2 works you don't need special bodywork to get crap all down the side of your car

Interesting that they have gone back to a fabric roof. Coupes always look a bit better but that does look well. My friend had an M4 Comp cab and really didn't look right with the roof up from the rear 3/4 angle.

For me a fabric roof is a big no no….they just look all wrong IMO.

Appreciate everyone has their own opinion though and mine is no more valid than anybody else's.

I must admit I had my doubts, not due to the looks but the potential lack of rigidity. I had an E-class cabriolet about ten years ago and it was awful - on anything but the smoothest road surface it would shake and rattle like it was falling apart.

So far the G23 seems solid enough but I guess only time will tell.

I had two E93s and two F33s and they were nice and solid but you lose a hell of a lot of boot space, so there's no perfect solution really.
