Ok so I didn't use it much and thought it was a bit of a gimmick....but it's now disappeared again, and doesn't come back after an apps update. I hate it when you lose things that you had. Why have they removed it again?

Mine's been gone for a few weeks. I saw on another post that it was taken off to fix glitches.

Hi,

My car got updated to v 07/2020.45 last weekend. Both the Window App and Window rule/habit are still there. Though, quite honestly, am not sure how useful the auto window app is??

Perhaps if I do a iDrive reboot, it will disappear.

Seems like some have lost it and others haven't. Wonder when it will be back?

There are three posts about it on this page but no one knows much about why it's gone or when it will be back. I found a little info on the X3 page so it's not just the 3 series they pulled it from. I called and emailed with BMW and my local Genius about it and no one had any info either. I hate that BMW just pulls something from the car without at least notifying us about what they're doing. I liked that ability and used it a lot. I miss it.
