I may be in the super minority, but I think the next M3 is going to look menacing with those laser lights if they do the hips and bumper right. Going to be a hard decision between M3 and X4M

If you're a true BMW enthusiast and you've had / driven all the past cars that made BMW special ( E46 M3 , E92 M3 , 335iS, F8X M with ZCP) then this release must hurt because we know it all went down the drain with the awful F30 line release which felt like nothing from the previous years , that soft Lexus feel was already there since 2012 , it's in 2018 they decided to actually make them look like a Lexus too lol.

I currently have an 18' M4 and I'm almost positive this is my last BMW because I cannot imagine ever driving this Infiniti Q50 , Toyota Camry , Audi A3 , Lexus IS abomination ..... 🤮🤮🤮🤮

If you like it , that's great. I hope they sell plenty but for the real ones who were expecting an insane car , we definitely did not get it this time and left with an epic fail.

Do yourself a favor , go on google and compare the white 2019 C43 Vs this white Lexus and then tell me again how they did anything special.

What's that car in front of us? Is it a Lexus? Is it an Acura?

No! It's a BMW!?!?!

The bad part is that I see a m340i very rarely on the road compared to a basic 299/month lease special 320i or 349/month 328
And in those configurations the car looks like shit just like a current non-sport F30 320

Love it. Think overall fantastic. Two things.

1. The rear end bears more than a passing resemblance to my old GS 350 FSport. I know the Lexus comments are common but I walked out to that rear end every day for 3 years. I know it well.

2. BMW seat forms still appear to suck. Upper part looks better but the lower part....just so damn flat! BMW, when are you going to get back to better seat forms!?!? Even my Lexus had more supportive looking seats. Sheesh.

Also LOLing at all the posts which read EXACTLY the same as when the F30 dropped. Lol. Same every time

Very interested in technical specifications of the new (?) M Adaptive suspension. What are the differences if comparing with F30 M Adaptive suspension?

Looks great to me.

Get off your high horse.... Not everybody wants/needs/desires the fully decked out versions of the car. Live and let live!

I have a g01. There's a quick button on the center stack to get to it in idrive.

😂😂 You may not like it, but I assure you it will sell well. I traded my f82 in for the g01 and am hoping the LCI has the new instrument cluster that this has!

Overall I think it's gorgeous. Only complaint is that the German configurator won't let me select Melbourne red AND m-sport

Way too big. M sport front looks good and I can imagine the m3 looking hot with the wide hips to match the front. But the proportions of this car are off

To be honest I never really liked the E90 or F30 either, or any 4-door 3 series for that matter.

You missed my point. I wish the lesser decked out models of g20 were as great looking as m340 or at least 330 m-sport.

Guess I be keeping my e90 335xi MT M-pkg as my daily driver. Manual all the way and it (series 3) keeps getting bigger and bigger. Besides, I have my M2 for the weekends.

How do you get the bronze colored highlights on the mirrors, front air dam, unique wheels, and he Z4-like grille???

Is that an option package???

Those highlights (including the z4 grille) don't appear to be on the standard M-Sport pkg....
