Change service interval

My car thinks I need an oil change every 1200 miles. I think this started to happen after the dealer updated the car to the latest software version. I have bimmer utility, is the service interval something I can code. Hate to go to the dealership if I can fix myself.

check OEL Config in dme coding file.
But its unlikely the value is set so low. Lowest value i have seen is 8000km.
After resetting does it still show 1200 miles?

Yes, after resetting it is showing 1200 miles. At first I was perplexed why the car was telling me to change the oil when I knew I changed it in July. It made me second guess if I reset the oil service. So, a couple days back I reset the oil when it was throwing warnings that I was 150 miles over the mileage for an oil change. Right after I reset the oil service, I received a message saying next oil due in 1200 miles. So I connected my phone to the car with Bimmerlink and saw that the service interval was @100% and 1200 miles. The only 1200miles interval I saw was the break-in service for M cars. I can only think that something happened when the dealer updated the software to the latest version.

Did the car finish your break-in period? You can ask dealer maybe they didn't update the car after the break-in period.

I am well beyond break in, it is a 2019 330 with 25K miles. Only M cars has break in interval from my understanding. I will try to pull the FA tomorrow.

I called the dealer the other day and they implied since I do my own oil changes it is my issue.
