Low discounts?
Hi all, was wondering if anyone had noticed the low levels of discounts available on m340i's? Last time I had a look when the touring was just released it was around 9k discount but seeing only 3 -4 k just now. Headline offer from eastern is around 600 a month with 600 down for pcp. Looks like the same for X3's and 5 tourings as well. Bad time to get a pcp maybe?

Dealer finance will always be dearer unless in certain cases of a 0% or 2.9%. Bank loans almost always work out cheaper. Halifax flex car loan. Black Horse. Or even just a straight loan from your bank.

Bear in mind, BMW, AUDI, MERC do have a buffer to play with around 20%. No one will agree this with you but if you're able to haggle hard you should get close to 20%. Perhaps closer to the end of quarter. The current times of delivery for a 330i is Jan to Mar 2021 anyway, so worth a try.

I should have ordered last month when I was getting similar discounts.
Now it looks as though the apr is low, the price for 330i is gone up (by only few hundred quid) but also the GMGV is up in line with it.. annoyed with myself for not pulling the trigger!! |

I was fortunate to qualify for the NHS discount, got 23% off a m340i touring at the beginning of q3, should arrive next month. The APR os high at 4.9% but still works out cheaper than the current deal.

That's all car manufacturers do anyway - high APR equals high front end discounts / deposit contributions, low or 0% is the exact opposite, so you just end up "robbing Peter to pay Paul". |
