Hi there, forgive me if this is in the wrong thread it’s my first post here and I am brand new to BMW’s.

Recently purchased a 2020 M340i and after running a scan using MHD software i see 30DA7 - Lithium ion battery: Functional safety. I have Bimmercode and want to register the battery however the battery has no stickers or information on it. I’m talking nothing at all. Any suggestions?

BMW G20 M340i has from factory 12V AGM 90Ah battery in the back by default and another 12V Li-Ion 10Ah small battery in the front passenger side called dual storage battery.

Lithium small 12V Battery Code:
61 21 5 A4A F23

AGM 92Ah Battery Code:
61 21 6 806 755

From your error code it looks like its related to the small battery in the front.

Ok good to know. Duh, I should have read the code a bit better, first clue is that it says lithium. Thanks
