These are much better wheel options. The exterior design no longer elicits spontaneous projectile puking.

Materials wise I should have looked more into it. But initial impressions were very positive. It made F30 and E90 interiors seem a bit cheaper and rough around the edges, that is for sure. Only variable I didn't really look a lot into was material, will have to stop by again soon.

Probably not my favorite either, but can understand their departure from the analog world. Can't have the platform looking dated 7 years down the line.
It’s a shame this car isn’t on display at the Chicago Auto Show. Sounds like it would have made a really positive impression. BMW and Mercedes both pulled out of the Detroit and the Chicago auto shows.
BMW didn't do Philadlephia this year either, I didn't go on the end but my dealer said every other year! Seems like the wrong year to miss with all the new models!

I find the front M bumber to be a bit chaotic. Other than that it's really mean looking

Never tried black rims before but might this time. Do they still look "clean" with dirt on them or do they look horrible after a few days like with black car and dust accumulation?

A Lego interpretation of a 1980 Tercel would have been a step up.

The ole "turn the wheel" to appear lower. Not bad looking for a "5" need to read more concerning handling, steering feedback. Looks are subjective so I'll leave it @ that....

They look dirty faster. Dark grey is the easiest to maintain. I actually took my old wheels in covered with brake dust and had them powder coated to match.

I have a white car now and am debating black again, but know they're a pain to keep from looking like steelies.

This car looks great. I can't wait to test drive it. The m sport package looks amazing on it. I'm thinking of getting alpine white with black rims but not sure on the rims yet. I like the other options too. I just don't know if black rims will get dirty fast.

Guys, we just got our first two in. I just got out of the seat from putting 10 miles on one. I am beyond excited to be able to sell this car. The power is very good, my wife currently has a 2018 Msport 330i so I am in and out of these everyday. The overall drive is very impressive, it feels bigger but in a more controlled way. The steering is everything you were looking for in a f30 and the suspension is beyond what I thought a base 330i msport would be. I think the major take away items for me is the interior is so much better than the f30, the noise this thing makes is much deeper and doesn't have that cheap sound on a cold start, and the interior noise level I comfort without the exhaust valves open is drastic compared to f30's. I hope you all get a chance to drive one, I know I'll be selling a bunch of these! Sorry for how dirty this thing. Just came off the truck this morning.

I'm kinda sad the door crease through the handles is gone.

I can't seem to find it online... when do these officially go on sale? Like I can walk into a dealership and buy one.

OK, what a difference seeing these new 3 Series in classic Jet Black and Alpine White.

Wish the wheels were Black Satin Powder Coat instead of a cheesy glossy finish.

Hopefully, the interior build quality is improved. The FXX was a joke.
Creaks and noises everywhere.
Also the reliability was poor. If these are not improved then I think it's time to start looking at other marques.

Give it a chance in person. Absolutely love my F30 340i, but initial impressions seeing the new platform in person were absolutely that it was making a very big statement, and was done incredibly well.

The grey plastic around the shifter is terrible.

The lack of wood trim on the doors is a bummer.

But it's not a big deal if the thing drives as a BMW should.
