Similar to the Eco option I occasionally use activate Xtraboost (330e).
Lower windows on the left side/right side/back and front all work individually, as does lower all windows raise all windows. Am sure I’ve got it to do the heated seats on and off as well but can’t remember now... Hey BMW I’m tired or I’m stressed are quite interesting ones if you’re not expecting the outcome!... Think you can change the ambient lighting setting colours too Oh and accidentally I discovered the other day you can get it to put the full/max air con setting onto the windscreen too You can ask it to open certain menus for you as well, without having to navigate to them |

Try using more conversational language. To navigate home I say, Holly take me home - or whatever your activation word is.
Have a bit of fun and ask to activate the ejector seat As mentioned, temperature, windows, heated seats, interior lighting colours, drive modes can all be activated by voice command. Not to mention playing songs, artists, selecting radio stations, navigation and finding points of interest |

Interestingly trying "take me home" as command for navigation
Via activation word fires up BMW nav system with female voice Via steering wheel button fires up Apple maps with male voice I personally prefer the BMW system and wondered why using different activation methods gives different outcomes |

I don’t know about pressing for Alexa, I just say the command. TBH I don’t use Alexa at home so not something I see myself using in the car much, but have set it up just in case.

Yes, you don’t need to press anything with Alexa (or Hey BMW for that matter)
You can say “Alexa play songs by The Jam” and she does. Likewise you can say “Hey BMW, take me home”. There is no need to press the button unless you want to hold it down to activate Siri. |

So, the novelty of "Hey BMW, warm my butt cheeks" and "activate ejector seat" has worn off now. Anyone else come up with any other useful or quirky things that the voice command stuff can do?

I guess I use it for things to save me taking my eyes off the road like
- take me home - call home - switching between north and perspective views in maps - changing from comfort to sport - switching between radio and spotify - searching in spotify - turning shuffle on in spotify - search for software upgrade (I live in hope!)

Anyone know how to tell the car to turn off the engine stop/start function?
I have tried with no luck. The button seems hit and miss to turn off. Not sure if due to certain conditions |

ARD15 never had a problem turning off stop/start. TBH I never turn it off anyway. Never quite understood why so many people have an issue with it. I turn it off in my Amaraok when coming to a junction where I need to be quick, but that's a 1.9 BiTDi.

Hey everyone, new here and to BMW. Just picked up my 2023 330e xDrive and was messing with the voice commands. So I told it to roll down all the windows and it did it. Then I told it to roll up all the windows and it tells me that the windows cannot be rolled up with voice commands. Am I missing a setting or what is the reason why they can't be rolled up? Also is there any setting for the amount of steering wheel heat?
