Labor costs for suspension upgrades?

Not finding this an easy topic to search.

Does anyone have an estimate of how many labor hours (or what it cost them) to install:

1) just new springs and bump stops (eg Dinan springs and ride quality kit)

2) coil overs like Ohlins or KW

3) does doing sway bars at the same time save any labor?

Rough estimates appreciated.

Thanks!

It may depend on the area. I called around my area and the quotes I got ranged from $550-900. A couple shops quoted four hours for lowering springs, and five for coilovers because of the height adjustment. In my area, average labor is $140/hour. Some shops will price in an alignment and a free height adjustment (for coilovers or HAS) within six months.

Hope that helps!
