Front end of car shakes when braking hard
I recently installed H&R lowering springs and when I brake hard from 70/80mph down to 30/40mph, the whole front end shakes...
I haven't had a wheel alignment since getting the springs installed since I'm still trying to have the springs settle a bit. I checked the rotors/brakes, seems to be normal. Steering and spirited driving all seems to be normal. Could it be the alignment? |

Lowering springs will introduce some negative camber, which causes some straight line instability, especially when transferring so much weight up front during hard braking. A proper alignment will help for sure, but not sure if you can make it as stable as stock.
