thigh support not included

Hi all,

I have bought a g20 320i from 12/2020 on luxury line with Oyster Vernasca. My question is why wasn't the thigh support? Is normal was the previous owner decision or its because is the luxury line and not M sport, for example I found the side bolster was because of the chip shortage.

Thank you all

I've always disliked how they come out and retract. Usually takes a few tries for mine to retract. Had the same issue with my previous Audi.

Never had this issue on my M440i GC. It works perfectly.
