Advice needed for 330e stage 2.

Greetings.
I know there are sections of information out there, and I have read as many post as possible befor posting as I’m still not getting clarity.

I have a UK 2019 330e g20 which has been custom mapped stage 1, rear box (muffler) delete, and Dinan air box. At the moment on the rolling road it is 413bhp
I would like to go to stage 2 and therefore doing my due dillagance on what is required hardware wise.

My plan is to get the down pipe as a decat (yes I know it won’t pass MOT) but leave the OPF and resonators.
If I get this part alone, will I get a CEL that needs to be cleared?
Will the downpipes for a 330i work the same on 330e? And are there any other considerations concerning the downpipe I should be aware of?

I understand that it is sensible to update the charge pipe to aluminium in case it fails, this is also on my list. Any UK recommend parts that are reasonably priced?

Lastly, the dinan cold wire intake does not fully go to the turbo inlet, I know there is some resonator there to reduce sound and therefore restrict airflow, apart from the dinan offering, does anyone know of an alternative part for this, and does it really need to be done for the tune on stage 2.

Any advice would be welcomed.

I have a catted downpipe from Active Autowerke. I first bought a downpipe from them meant for 330i and I managed to make it fit. I just didn't use the brackets. They since made one that has a V style bracket that fits the 330e, which they were able to replace my first one with. But my car is a US spec, B46, so there may or may not be a difference when it comes to fitting a 330i downpipe to a B48 330e.

I just want to add, the stock intake is good enough for stage2. The key is to get a good custom tune. Also I highly suggest getting 1 step colder spark plugs. I have a catted downpipe and custom tuned by one of the best tuners for 330e, tonym2c. I run 11.7s 1/4 and high 8s in 100-200mph.

MST air inlet. DCE downpipe 200 PSR cells. If you install a downspout, you must remove the OPF to obtain the best gas output and avoid clogging. With these modifications, you are guaranteed a good stage2, tuned for a good
professional.
