I've seen a Z4 with the tray and icon but doesn't have wireless charging.
Within I Drive is it possible to find an option to turn it off, or remind you that he phone is left in the tray when you get out? If not doesn't have it I'm afraid. Does the tray have an LED that is either Orange and Blue? Again if no I don't think you have it. I'm assuming it's the similar to the G01.
