New car run in?
Been a while since I’ve taken delivery of a car straight from the factory hence the question.
Do BMW advise to take it easy (engine revs) for a defined mileage when you first get the car? I see the BMW website advises a generic 1300 miles. Just wondered if there was anything specific for the G20

I think your owners manual has it in there. I believe it said dont rev over 4500rpms for the first 1300 miles and dont go over 100mph for 1300 miles . i think that includes no launch control either that break in period
