Lodged a complaint with BMW UK today, I've not once had a proactive call explaining what's going on, have been chased for the return of the courtesy car which happened to get reversed into outside our offices yesterday, and feel not 1 single person I've spoken to has a sense of what's going on, and to think BMW are a premium brand, have much better service from our local Ford Dealer who look after our fleet of vans and Skoda who my last 3 cars have been with, a disappointing start to my first ever BMW.

Chester.....who I have to say have been very proactive in updating me every couple of days.
In fact so much so that the told me on Friday that they are out of stock in Germany! Currently waiting on an expected delivery date,

I've had the same problem, the cars cluster disappeared and came back showing a grey X3. The sat Nav screen is blank.The wipers turning on without rain, the brakes slam on when reversing without any obstructions and the list goes on...I've been informed the idrive required replacing and the part will arrive in 7-10 working days. By the time I get the car back, BMW will have had it nearly a month.
Raised a complaint with Bmw Uk and all I've had back so far is an empathetic apology for the inconvenience... pretty shocking for a 5 month old car
