"Hey BMW" almost never works

Hi there,

Something I experienced with three different BMW G20 was that "Hey BMW" (in Portuguese) almost never works. I drove the cars and can say it only worked like 5% of the times I tried.
I even tried to change the activation word to something else, but same happened. Almost never worked.
Do you experience the same? Can it be due to being Portuguese? Maybe test-drive vehicles were missing some online service/option?

Yeah same for me, in Dutch. Also, when activated, I can only give strict menu options.

This is like Siri when it first can out.

True that. But I was told bmw uses azure cognitive services for their language processing. Know from own experience that azure is far better than bmw is able to deliver at this moment.

I believe this option is disabled. I cannot find it anywhere in the menus. I once saw it because the voice program showed it onscreen but was unable to change the default setting of "off" to enabled.

My Dutch version works most of the time but you must speak loud and clearly before it works. Most of the time I use the button on the wheel just like I do with Siri on my phone.

There are to many disabled functions for which I pay anyway.

US version works flawlessly. So far it is 100% for me and I use it quite often.
