Is anyone else experiencing issues with connected drive not updating? Mine still shows where the car was parked from 3 weeks ago and the last date shows October 25th. Tried deleting adding profile but still won't update..

Mine wasn't updating for over a month. Press and hold power button for 30 seconds. It worked for me and it's OK since.

I just tried this and it didn't work. Connected App on my iPhone says last updated 22/10/2019

I'm having same issue. Says last update was 10/20. Any resolutions?

Mine stopped working on 10/29 and resumed yesterday. No external activity, resets, etc. 😳

I was able to get mine to reconnect and update.

It was a combination of resetting the Idrive by holding Power down for 30 seconds and changing time to automatically adjust for DST.
