Actually, the final straw was the lack of integrity with which they handled the brake problem, the denial of warranty on a very new car, and then the tech telling me he was told to alter the repair order findings. They have simply lost the last drop of trust/faith I might have maintained if the only problems were just quality. Everyone can have quality problems, but not everyone handles it like Audi did. For the sake of the cost of a set of rotors and what the tech told me, I am "Never again Audi/VW". Buyer beware!

I wouldn't take the bait. There's no possible way in 10 years a VAG product didn't have a single issue unless it was driven 1K a year and even then. Those kinds of anecdotal stories don't jive.
