M340ix MHD Stage 2 100-200 measurement
Hi,
i received my P-Gear P610 (20Hz) meter and did a few test runs. car data: M340i xDrive, EU spec with OPF/GPF (Feb. 2020) modifications: custom catless downpipe by MH-Pipes with OPF sensor connection charge pipe by TurboPerformance MHD Stage 2 Tune 102 octane (not final version) (gas particle filter is still mounted and active) car was in sport plus and traction mode driver weight 187lbs (85kg) fuel level was about 50% run 1 was with -1,4% slope 7,94 sec. 100-200 kmh (62-124mph) run 2 was with -0,1% slope 8,15 sec. 100-200 kmh (62-124mph) high 7's and low 8's are repeatable… next steps will be a heat exchanger, intake and maybe a custom exhaust. pureturbos have allready upgrade turbos upcomming, but i think i keep it at this level. |

hard to say... i have about 22 psi (1.55 bar) peak and wouldnt go much higher than that. for low 7s a upgrade turbo is a must have i guess. with a pure800 upgrade you can reach up to 650-700hp at the crank. next limitation will be the zf8hp gearbox.

M340i has ZF8HP51. It must be strong.
Its so interesting to watch some logs MHD OTS on M340i xDrive. This few pulls I made two days ago on E22 (98Ron + 100% Ethanol) https://datazap.me/u/denysbmw/m340i-...23-24-25-26-27 Vehicle is stock. |

I think the pulls need some love also, maybe couple questions regarding the timing correction he's having: Unless the gas is extremely poor quality, how old are the spark plugs? WIth a tune it's nice to start with fresh spark plugs and oil - |

Definitely change the plugs regardless and gap them according to what your tuner recommends. Honestly, you should probably provide the logs to the tuner or open a support case with MHD or whomever you're using and have them look over the logs. While some of us can make some basic analysis, your car is too expensive to be taking advice strictly from random dudes on the intarwebs

not way off but it should be more linear ...start with the plugs then log again and check with MHD if it remains problematic
