Looking at upgrading my 2021 330E saloon to the newer LCI model and the touring version.

I currently get company car allowance.

Other than tires and recent MOT, the maintenance costs have been negligible (touch wood). £300 for brake fluid and oil change to do this month.

Anybody seen any good lease deals and care to help me decide wether I should PCP a used car or lease a new one?

I wouldn’t PCP a used car at the moment if you can avoid it, the interest rates are ruinous (12-13% when I looked a few days ago).

You'll have trawl the lease broker sites multiple times a day and jump on any deals when/if the appear.
