I recently got a 2020 M340i xDrive and would like to listen to MPE and/or Dinan exhaust in person before biting the bullet. Everyone says the videos dont do justice for these systems, so trying to see if anyone in Chicagoland area is running these setups.

Not in Chicago, but Dinan sounds better than MPE in my opinion

Hey, I've seen your thread about the AWE exhaust. I loved the sound of AWE in the videos but the lack of valve system is a no go for me. I had 2 mustangs previously and one had no valve system and sometimes when I'm on the highways the drone was too much even if it's really low. The other one had the performance exhaust with valves and i did a resonator delete and added a h pipe, it was plenty loud and at the same time i could shut off the valve on highways for long drives. After experiencing that, I just cannot go back to a no valve system. But, I would love to see your car in person, let me know if you attend any social events such as car shows and we can definitely meet up.
