Voice command for music

Every time I ask the system to play an artist or track it say's 'Preparing voice control for music search'. Is there a way to get it to work? It was working the day I picked the car up.

I'd be very grateful if someone would check if their voice command can select music for them - artist or album.

Mine works fine, the voice command lets me pic artist or track
