Yup. It tapers off at the same point as the S55.

It's interesting that peak torque comes in so much later though. The S55 made 406lb-ft at 1850. The S58 is only making 320lb-ft at that RPM. I wonder if they'll compensate for this with more aggressive transmission programming?

What’s that weird little peak at 6250? We need to see a real dyno.

I wonder if saying 5600-7200rpm would be confusing for people? It also might let them lower the power after 6250rpm in the future if there are exhaust changes or whatever for regulations but they'd still be able to keep the headline numbers the same.

I wonder if it will have a carbon fiber shaft or Steel? Back to the stains ages with steel.

Electric coolant pump?
I know this is old but I was curious also so I did some research the s58 should have 3 water pumps.
A main belt driven water pump
an electric exhaust turbo water pump
an electric passenger water pump for cabin temperature.

Looks plain compared to the one on S55.

Would be interested to know how much lower the engine sits.

What about the weight? No mention of lighter weight here.
When my G80 M3C arrives I'll pick up the Turner CF strut brace, so looks as bitchin as the S55.
