All the first half dunking, chest pumping, LBJ looked good. Now, your playing in the Western Conference facing better competition/teams. Final results, a LOST...If the current LBJ Lakers were in the East. Most likely they would be 1-0. Welcome to competitive basketball night in and out LBJ.

Warriors look unstoppable and Cousins isn’t even playing. They had 149 against the Bulls.
Klay broke most 3pt in a game record tonight. He had 14 3pt with 5min left in 3rd quarter. |

Mavericks...
Love my Mavericks and their new look. Granted their record doesn't show it, but I think Doncic will eventually be a premier player. Good to have D. Jordan in the center position as well.

Pop said what I've been feeling for years, the NBA sucks now.
https://clutchpoints.com/spurs-news-...-for-20-years/ I haven't watched any NBA games so far this year, and don't miss it a bit. I'm sick of no defense, no post moves, and nothing but three ball after three ball. BORING AS HELL. GS absolutely ruined the league. I've been following Duke basketball instead and absolutely love to watch that Zion Williamson kid play. I've never followed college games that much, but for the first time ever I'm recording and watching every Duke basketball game. Zion reminds me of the old days, and it's like Shawn Kemp and Scottie Pippen had a kid together. The passion he has for the sport too is unreal, he's out there busting his ass on every play and is an absolute joy to watch. I just hope his knees can keep up with that 275lb weight and 45" vertical! |

As far as Zion, I hope he doesn't get drafted by the Cavs and becomes trash with zero development |

Ouch. You guys watch basketball?
Why? All you need to do is watch the last 2 min. Foul Foul Foul someone wins by a point or 2. Maybe I'm missing something. How is that entertaining? |

NBA lost me. No Defense. Ticky tack fouls being called. Guys going to the foul line 20 plus times a game. Lebron thinks he's the GOAT, really. You never played in a competitive conference during your career. Just guys shooting 3s. Bring back basketball of the late 80s, and 90s.

Had season tickets for the Philadelphia 76ers from 1981 through 1989. Saw them win the title in person (first 2 games) in 1983. Also saw some real wars between Boston and Philly.
Some great games players on both teams. Parish, Bird, McHale ... Erving, Moses, Bobby Jones.. Cheeks. was a great time for basketball. The Bucks were good then too with Bob Lanier and Sidney Moncrief. ... and the Lakers with Kareem, Magic, Michael Cooper.... etc.. I guess that era is long gone... |
