Off top of head. Press the world symbol button on idrive. Expand the menu on the left, and then press and hold the "Installed Apps" menu entry.
Should pop up a menu with "Update Apps and Services".

Something like that anyway.

Almost. I just found it / remembered. You go into the Installed Apps as you describe but then press the "Options" shortcut button rather than press / hold.

Yep, same for me although I didn't notice an option to turn the bong off when I updated the app but saying that, I haven't been back to the app after I heard the bong for the 1st time and I prefer the bong as it isn't obtrusive and only happens when it first warns you of the camera.

I turned it off as it interrupts my music source. If it didn’t do that I’d have probably left it on but if you have a HUD you really can’t miss it anyway
