RPM limit on the 330i

Is it ok to daily get into 6-7000 rpm on accident? I traded in my f80 M3 for a 330i and I swear I'm not being rude or anything, but I'm not used to the pickup difference yet. Today I was on the phone getting on the freeway and I noticed again 6-7rpm…is it ok for it to be this way all the time when getting up to speed or do I need to really work on being more consciously chill when driving?

I don't want to mess it up, really like the newer features etc. but I also don't like to drive super slow.

Dang it's a first for me to hear someone trading their F80 for a 330 but I don't think it is an issue. I would assume that you're only hitting that because you are flooring it? I think all the 330i I have been in have done that. I was scared as well but should be fine

I rarely hit 6-7k rpms and I don't drive "slow". I think your privilege is showing how fast do you consistently drive?

Got it! Will try not to make it a habit. Haha…yeah was working remotely at my family's bought it during Covid shutdown…moving to a new city where I will now have housing costs again, so she had to go. Lol. Saved 400 bucks a month and got all the newer tech. etc. 😁

Maybe a little too fast. I shouldn't be going over 100 is the moral of the story here. 😁
