The 1M is also tuned...

Autocross is not really the "best" comparison as it's not about the AWD (which helps a little), but more on weight. And the bimmers are pigs. I'm assuming the Evos are lighter.

I think the M cars shine in road tracks (circuit).

Has it been confirmed that the next M4 will grow in length? Current M4 is about 184.5 in length.

I've been following M4/M440i specs very closely and haven't seen any news on this (well, for my budget size, it would be the M440i, not the M4). Sadly, I think it most likely the 4 series will increase in length because the 3 series will.
