I just bought 330e, when using VIN decoder it shows that my interior is Leather Vernasca/oyster. It has a few scuffs that I’d like to try and fix. I found a kit on the leather doctor but they told me that their colour is Dakota oyster. Is that the same colour or not? Can anyone recommend perhaps another site and exact colour I need to look for?

Vernasca and Dakota are the type of leather, not the colour. I think those two are broadly the same (Vernasca is the updated equivalent of Dakota IIRC) so the colour may well be the same.
