Getting started with coding - what do I get?
Hi
I have a G20 2020 330i and want to code certain things (like the seatbelt chime off) and whatever other options may be available. What are my options as far as what's out there? I see people mentioning BimmerCode - are there others too I should check out? And what do I have to buy both in terms of adapter and software? Does it all depend on the phone I have? (I have a Galaxy Note 8). Thanks |

You should learn how to search as all of your questions have been answered here.
Bimmer code is the best bang for the buck. They have recommended adapters on their site. You can go ESYS route if you have experience with coding and want to do advanced coding. There is a detailed thread on this one as well.

My questions were not answered. At least not in a direct way. (thanks for the info. re Bimmercode and esys - good to know one of the difference is comfort level with coding. Takes esys out of the picture for me) Last edited by RJCmmr; 07-04-2020 at 07:15 PM.. |
