I sadly went to get my front plates put into the front bumper. When I purchased it, there was already a bracket placed on it, but the screws used had a pattern that was odd and I didn't have the tool for it to do it at home.

Dealership used a drill to get it in, not sure why since there was already holes there. And yes I know, I hate front plates with a passion as well. FIgured I'd just put it since the bracket was already there

Went for a drive in the middle of the night to test out the laser headlight and almost hit a kangaroo that decided to jump out in front of me 😰

I got the all black M340 Performance grill installed (which has been hard to get in the US) and the Ash Gray Gloss trim since my dealer messed up my custom build and I received the black 330 slat grill and the Tetragon trim instead.

Looks sharp... where did you get the trim replacement - through your dealer? Mind if I ask if they covered the cost?

I've got aluminum. Wanted Open Pored.

Thanks. Yes, it was through my dealer and they covered the cost because they messed up on my custom order. I actually considered the open-pore when placing my order but the sample I saw at the dealership was a bit cheap feeling (Ikea like).

Your choice looks good! I'd actually consider the same as well now that I've seen your picture. My dealership won't pay for it so I'll need to decide whether it's worth spending the money.

Let 53 pounds of air out of my tires! No wonder the car was feeling jittery. Not thrilled with the dealership that delivered it that way.

Looked out the window at mine and marvelled at how dirty it looked three days after washing it despite not being used during lock down.

Reminded myself why I never bought a black car before and vowed not to do so again....

Garage List
2020 BMW 320i  [0.00]
Realized that studded winter tires Michelin X-Ice North 4 245/35 R20 don't fit.
Replaced by non studded Nokian Hakkapeliitta R3 235/35 R20 which fits nicely and now I can go sideways without studs going crazy

I made the same mistake and owned a sapphire black f30 and I was spending every Saturday and Wednesday washing the car, with Portimao blue I only have to wash every Saturday.
But you should definitely Ceramic coat your car

Did you have to take front bumper inserts out to plasti dip or did you leave it on?

Also, thank you for being another x drive owner in California, everyone keeps saying x drive is pointless 🤦🏼*♂️
