Choosing between two option packs (in Ireland) - lights or seats?
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com A. Laser lights and High Beam Assist - €1900 B. Electric front seats with driver's memory, lumbar support and sunroof - €2250 Can anyone who has the manually operated seats comment on their ease of adjustment? |

I'd go with option B. Electric seats are almost standard in every car these days. I use the sunroof all the time and the lumbar support is nice to have for comfort. My previous 2016 Lexus IS did not come with memory seats and it was one of the most wanted feature by the drivers of the F Sport. Extremely convenient if you do not like your seat ever adjusted (even if it's just when you go in for service).
I personally would go with option B. |

I’m in the U.K. option A is £1500. I do not do a lot of out of town night driving so just couldn’t justify the cost. I would have liked the HBA but you can only get that with Laser Lights here.
I did get option b. No issues on my car with this pack. It really depends where you think you will get the most use. Night driving v’s a lighter cabin and electric seats. As I said the Laser Lights look good but couldn’t justify them on a cost basis. I find the adaptive led headlights very good. Hope this helps

I live in the country and we get a lot of deer about. Nobody but me ever drives my car. However manually adjusted seats do look a bit lame in this class of car.

There are a lot of postings about folks who can't get comfortable with seats other than the multi-comfort seats. Take an extended test drive with the seats you would get if you don't select option B and see if the seats are comfortable for you.
If the seats work for you, and you don't care about resale value, then go ahead and select option A. If the seats are not comfortable for you, or you do care about resale value, then choose option B. |

I love my laser lights! I drive a lot at night on Mountain/forest roads so i opted for them. I have lumbar support (EU car so separate option). I barely notice it, different in my E92.

I have not driven G20 without laser light so can not compare, but these headlights are easily the best I've ever used. When on full beam, it will selectively cut out the light shining on oncoming cars (EU spec) while keeping the full beam on around it. |

You can watch this (German) if you need some footage of the Laser light in action 😉
