adaptive cruise control / turn signal volume

Hi, I have few questions for you.

It's possible via BimmerCode:
- increase the maximum possible speed for adaptive cruise control from 160kph to 200kph? I have only a basic Driving assistant and not a Driving assistant professional, where I think the maximum speed is 210kph.
- reduce the volume of the turn signals?
- keep the "M340d" logo on the control display even when navigation is switched on? When driving without navigation is normally displyed, but disappears when navigating.
