Car won´t shut off

Hi guys,

Got a new 2021 330e touring 5 days ago.
Today the car won´t completly shut off even though i leave the car and lock it. The displays are on and the lights are still on even when the car is locked. IT was on all night. I manually switched off the lights but the DRL are still on and cant be switched off.
I have tried a factory reset and Idrive reset. Nothing works.

Anyone had this problem? If i only had an ICE then the battery would be drained. Now i can plug it in. But i am leaving on a three days trips in a few days and need it working properly. Please help

How did you resolve this issue? I'm having the same problem right now and not sure if the battery will be drained tomorrow morning 😭

As it's new , call the dealer or drop the car off and get them to fix it, they should give you a loaner if necessary

As it's only 5 days old they should bend over backwards to get that fixed for you

Got a question for you......When you turned off the car was your foot on the brake.
