We probably ordered from the same broker as he set me up with same dealership. I’m trying to put my M340i order in tomorrow if everything goes as planned. How long did it take after you told him you wanted to move forward with the lease to actually getting the build confirmed? I’m curious to see what they say about the parking assistance package because I specifically asked about that and haven’t heard back yet.

The process from firming things up with the lease broker to getting the dealer to place the order and send me the build build sheet was fast--one day. And once they placed the order, I could still make changes. A added the HK stereo a day later after reading here that it's included in the MY 22 guide and switched to Oyster leather because the Cognac leather is no longer offered. I'm assuming parking pro won't be included when my car goes into production since its not being offered for MY 22 but it still shows up on my build sheet and on MyBMW for now.

I called the genius line last week and found out that my car is scheduled to be built in Week 31 which starts on 8/1. I'm hoping to get the car in early to mid September.

I'm planning on getting the 2022 M340i Xdrive and the other thing I noticed is they removed the Portable hotspot and Wireless charger combo for $500. I've seen others comment on the Parking Assistance Package thing and I don't want them to take away that. Sure, the wireless charger is nice to have but the 360 degree cameras and the Drive Recorder functionality that this Package enables comes in very clutch as it did for me when my 2020 330i was involved in an accident (Total loss declared FYI though ). I really don't want to spend the extra money and time to install some cameras on front and back and also cables running everywhere. The remote 3D view will be gone as well but I don't think anyone uses that feature other than to flex in front of their friends. (I certainly did that .) Not to mention, they might not cover the sides. I welcome the addition of Tacora Red color for the seats instead of the Cognac even though I got that color for my first BMW. Removal of Executive package doesn't mean anything as they're including the Gesture control in Premium package which is alright and them charging $1000 for Laser lights.

Fun Fact: When my first car crashed into an other car, both of my front headlights with laser light were broken and I noticed in the repair estimate quote that these lights cost $3600 each to get replaced. Don't know how they would cost that much but I can keep that in mind when getting that option for my next car. But they look cool though with the blue accents and fully curved daytime running LED strips.

Yes, traditional attachments do not appear for iOS/mobile app. They need to be set up as a link. I will have to see if I can find that code and link them.

Edit: See if the first link works for you, let me know what happens with the second one.

I am looking to place an order for MY2022 BMW 330i but I am confused on which option includes BLIND SPOT MONITORING or if this is finally a standard feature.

Also, can somebody please put together a list of specs/options that have been ADDED or REMOVED from MY2021 to MY2022?
A clear list of items would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

as per the 2022 pricing guide I dont think blindspot monitoring is std... It shows as being part of the ZDA driving assistance package (ZN1 Active blind spot detection)

I found one discrepancy in the pricing guide. The images of the wheels in the pricing guide don't match with the images on the website. For example, the 2nd and 3rd wheels down (1PE and 1PF 18 inch) in the pricing guide pg 9/10 indicate there is an option of different rims. However, on the website all the 18" rims look like 1PD. In other words, from the website it looks like there is no choice of 18" rim and only a choice of 18" tires.

Went to the dealer today, no ZPK Package on MY22 anymore...stepped away from the deal as I don't want the car without it...weird that the m440i still retains the option on top of cooled seats...guess I gotta wait and see what's to come.

Anyone know why when I try to build a m340i xdrive that the adaptive m suspension is not an option? If you build a 330i xdrive, its an option!!! Also an option in the m440. It was available about 6 weeks ago. I gotta place my order in December, so I'm just trying to get ahead.

thats very strange, i know starting sep 1st the adaptive suspension became unavailable for all 3 series, but unsure why it is still being shown on the 330i builder.

Why did this become unavailable? I was hoping I could get it in my m340. Dang.

Just double checked...still says its available on the 330i's. I guess I'll have to ask the dealer. Was available on the 21's.

Yes but as you can see it's not available for 22 m340s. And there's a dealer notice from BMW stating it'll be unavailable for all 3 series starting September 1. I don't know why it still shows available for 330

It is one of many options/features that have been removed/limited due to supply chain issues.
