Official G21 330e boot liner

Just bought the £85 G21 PHEV boot liner - and wish I hadn't!

It's a bit pants.

No flap to access the under-floor storage (I believe the G20 version has this), it doesn't fill the little space on the right hand side, and it doesn't fit properly over the small hump a but further back on the right hand side.

If anyone's in the market for a boot liner for a G21 330e I'd strongly advise looking for a 3rd party alternative.

I bought this one off ebay:

It's not perfect, but for £20 it's not bad.

What, yours goes into the cubby hole on the right? And has a flap for the underfloor storage compartment? And doesn't foul the little lump in the floor further back on the right?

Perhaps there's two designs circulating then.

(Although I notice you have an i not an e - my liner is the one specifically made for the hybrid)

I just bought a universal boot liner from eBay for £15 and cut it down to fit. Fits perfect.

I don't think there are two BMW designs for the G21 330e boot mat circulating, try asking BMW if you are unsure.

In regard to the G20 the BMW mat does not go into the cubby hole on the right nor does it have a flap for the underfloor storage compartment. It does fold downwards if you lower the back part of the boot but if you do that you lose the storage compartment

Here is the bootliner I purchased from the link above made for the G21. It fits great with cut outs for the rear seat release, 12V socket and mesh storage.

The one I purchased has the optional bumper guard which lowers over the bumper for protection when the dogs gets in and out and stays attached to the rear seats when they're folded down.

Only criticism is in some places the Velcro struggles to grip onto the carpet but it's not noticeable or an issue once fully installed.
